    Preparing for Ballet: Strength, Artistry & Expression

    As the final level before formal ballet training begins, this class offers a thoughtful transition into the structure and discipline of classical ballet. Dancers spend more time at the barre, learning foundational patterns and the refined shapes that define ballet technique.

    In the center, students continue building coordination, balance, and strength, while also exploring musicality, expression, and stage presence. Creative exercises support the development of artistry, encouraging dancers to move with confidence and emotion.
