For Strength, Flexibility & Ballet Readiness
Stretching is highly recommended for all students enrolled in Ballet levels 1–5 and offers valuable benefits for dancers of every age and level. These focused sessions help prepare the body for the physical demands of classical ballet by safely increasing flexibility, control, and strength.
Students will work on lengthening key muscle groups including the hamstrings, calves, quadriceps, and inner thighs, while also developing core stability — essential for balance and clean technique.
Stretching classes are open to both semester students and those attending with a class card or drop-in pass. Whether you’re working toward deeper splits or simply looking to feel more mobile and strong, this class is a perfect complement to your ballet training.
